HES-SO Attestation Didactique Working Group May - July 2017

With the demands of your position as a Practical Arts faculty member, it can be challenging to find the time to complete your 90 hours of pedagogical training that is required to obtain the HES-SO Attestation Didactique. A series of workshops has been organized for the upcoming months in order to help you progress with this essential requirement. If you participate in ten of the workshops in this series, you will have accumulated 30 hours in this three month period.

If there is a specific topic that you are interested in, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will try to include it now or next semester. If you are interested in developing and leading a workshop for this group or other faculty members, please set up a time with Rachel to discuss.

May 2017

Motivating Your Students will be led by Dr. Lohyd Terrier. Note that there will not be a session on Thursday, May 25, 2017 due to the holiday.

June 2017

Note: There will not be a session on June 15th.

July 2017

In July we will focus on different topics related to technology-enhanced learning. A final schedule will be communicated closer to the dates, but we will explore different digital tools and applications with a focus on using these tools to enhance our teaching practice.
